SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders over €200! Shipping fee is calculated at checkout depending on location. We ship from Europe so please note that duties and tax charges might be incurred at checkout if your destinations is outside of Europe. You are responsible to cover custom duties within your own country.
Shipping lead times are as follow:
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed by 2 PM Central European Time (CET) will be processed the same day. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature might be requested upon delivery.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a very rare occasion in peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), your order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
